Shampi stopped by my rental that I was preparing to sell. I had a for sale sign by owner in the yard. I was finishing painting a room and she asked if she could list it. I said I was not ready to put it on the market yet. She convinced me to sign it with her for 1 week. Within an hour she had someone to look at it and that evening she had a contract on the house. She has worked hard to take care of all the details and has kept me informed every step of the way. She provided me with information about the inspection and the appraisal. Everything has gone smoothly and we settle on Friday, April 22. Shampi is honest and trustworthy and I would highly recommend her as a realtor. I felt safe leaving my house in her hands. (less)
